Daytrieon Dean is a licensed realtor in Florida and Tennessee and is well-experienced in
development and sales. Dean serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute, contributing to the Capital Market and Affordable Housing boards, and the National Association of Home
Builders.

Originally from Arkansas, Dean studied engineering at the University of Arkansas and Abilene Christian University. Motivated by community impact and sustainability, Dean seeks to further his experience in affordable housing and single-family home development. Symbolic of his goals to foster community-focused real estate development, Dean believes that “for sustainable development to endure, it’s crucial to create avenues for individuals to envision their role in the future expansion of their communities.”
