Staci Coleman

Staci Coleman is a real estate development professional driven by a deep commitment to
affordable housing and facilitating community wealth. Motivated by a vision of inclusive urban
development, Coleman has become a vocal advocate for minority agents and a respected
leader in the industry. Coleman has held various roles throughout her career, including CEO,
CFO, Realtor, Broker and Board Member. Coleman’s notable achievements include owning the
largest Black-owned firm in the Greater Nashville Area along with her recognition as a Top
Producing Agent.
Coleman earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Memphis.
She aims to continue delivering exceptional service to her clients while crafting innovative
projects that uplift underserved, urban communities. Coleman firmly believes that everyone
should have a comfortable and sustainable place to call home.
