ABOUT
Dwayne Williams II
Dwayne Williams II is a real estate developer and licensed realtor in Davidson County. Over the last four years, Williams has undertaken the renovation of more than 60 properties and built a multimillion-dollar rental portfolio. His venture into real estate began after recognizing the scarcity of affordable properties available, which prompted him to learn how to acquire land and develop properties himself. Since 2019, Dwayne has effectively procured over 15 rental properties dedicated to affordable housing initiatives.
Originally from Oklahoma, Williams completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Oakwood University before pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Williams serves on the board at Riverside Chapel Church in Nashville and is also a board member at F.H. Jenkins Preparatory School. Two quotes that Williams lives by are “Be the change you want to see” and “Learn to fail forward.”
