Courtney McCoy

For the past 25 years, Courtney McCoy has served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Cummins, Inc., a Fortune 150 company manufacturing fuel-powered machinery. Aside from his extensive experience in IT, supply chain management and human resources, McCoy owns rental properties and renovates real estate throughout Middle Tennessee. Well-experienced in new single-family construction builds, McCoy seeks to gain more experience in real estate development and affordable housing.

 

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, McCoy earned his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Missouri University of Science and Technology. After moving to Nashville, McCoy joined the Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) Board of Directors and began training new real estate professionals on how to renovate and flip homes.

 

To date, McCoy has successfully renovated over 15 properties since 2019 and has an extensive rental portfolio across Nashville, Tennessee and St. Louis, Missouri.
