52nd Annual Equal Opportunity Day Luncheon

The ULMT's Annual Equal Opportunity Day Luncheon is held every February at the Downtown Hilton in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The event is the premier time to reflect on and celebrate the power of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, bringing together more than 500 people to explore issues affecting African Americans and other minorities communities across Middle Tennessee. 

The EOD provides a unique marketing and collaborative opportunity for companies and organizations, providing access to some 500 attendees representing consumer markets at the local, and state levels.

Involvement as a sponsor is not only good for business, it also supports numerous programs and services provided by the ULMT.

The luncheon is a prime opportunity for businesses to connect with consumers who utilize a wide range of products and services.

We're pleased to welcome Tina Simmons, Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Comcast Cable's Central Division as our guest speaker for this years Equal Opportunity Day Luncheon. Simmons oversees all facets of human resources and organizational effectiveness for the Division and for all people-related functions including: compensation and benefits, diversity, employee relations, labor relations, employee communications, HR policy, performance management, talent management.
