About Keri Clarke

Keri Clarke is an Assistant Vice President Diversity Talent Partner for AllianceBernstein. In this role, Keri is responsible for expanding and promoting a coordinated and comprehensive strategy to guide recruitment of talented, diverse candidates into the experienced hire and campus space. She leads the development of strategic initiatives and relationships with local and national diversity organizations, colleges, universities and the business sector.

Keri is recognized for creating, managing and overseeing the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Diversity Recruiting Strategy. She is a guest speaker on HBCU campuses and other venues.

Over the course of her career, Keri has served in a range of management and frontline positions in the field of diversity talent recruitment, talent development, organizational development and event management for national and international corporations.

Keri has a B.S. and MBA from Hampton University graduating Cum Laude.
