About the Program
TechConnect: Cybersecurity Training is a part of Urban League of Middle TN's Upskill and Reskill initiative through the National Urban League and Fifth Third Bank. The Cybersecurity Fundamentals course is ideal for those new to the field, as well as those looking to change careers to launch their career in Cybersecurity and acquire the knowledge needed to work in Cybersecurity.
Who Should Attend:
The eligibility to participate in the program is for those who are unemployed or under-employed - making under $15 per hour or under $62,000 a year. No prior experience is required. However, you will need access to a computer and the internet to take the training. NOTE: If you do not have access to a computer, do not let this discourage you from taking this course. Reach out to the Urban League of Middle Tennessee to assist.
What to Expect:
The courses are for 8 weeks, 1.5 hours per session.
