Reginald Howard

Reginald Howard is a developer and general contractor who gained experience in the industry through a mentorship program with Don Battle, a local broker who owned a firm in Tennessee for several years. Howard has become well-experienced in the real estate industry, with projects ranging from infill lots to large-scale commercial deals.

 

The Nashville native and Fisk University graduate is motivated by community engagement and regularly volunteers at Residential Resources, a program that helps find and build affordable homes for those in need. Howard’s goal is to build a 30+ story building to add to his portfolio and believes that staying persistent, knowledgeable and on-trend are key qualities to being successful as a developer.
