“Our focus is community partnerships. We truly seek partnerships that empower existing members of the community to be a part of market growth and share in the successful outcomes of the projects we develop. We recognize the gap that is often left in traditional affordability initiatives that does not include the “missing middle”. Increasing the supply of attainable housing provides an opportunity for families to grow with the community. To build a lasting sustainable development, you must ensure that there are opportunities for everyone to see themselves as part of the community’s future growth.”
