Keith McLean

Keith McLean is a Southern California transplant who has called Middle Tennessee home for more than 28 years. He attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he acquired his MBA with concentrations in finance and real estate. Keith used his degree to acquire a position in investment banking, managing $20B in client accounts for institutional investors. With a passion for community development, people, and business, the move into real estate was a natural fit.   

 

Keith has gained development, commercial, and residential experience over the course of his 12-year career in real estate. Seeing a consistent lack of Black developers in the sector, Keith used his skills and local market knowledge to help those in traditionally disadvantaged communities leverage real estate to establish and create generational wealth through community-based developments. With five current projects in development valued at $8M and a pipeline of upcoming projects valued at $350M+, Keith is scaling his company to take on larger projects and is well-poised to positively impact Nashville and emerge as one of its’ premier Black developers.
