Kenneth Perkins

Kenneth Perkins is the owner and president of AON Investments, LLC, an engineer, and a real estate developer. The Tennessee native’s childhood passion for architecture led him to a career in development and his engineering background has served as a major asset to his work in the real estate industry.

 

Perkins has served as the president of the Tennessee Section of the Institute of Transportation (TSITE), the Tennessee Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (TSASCE), and a board member for the Tennessee State University Engineering Alumni Association (TSUEAA). 

 

In 2003, Perkins moved to Nashville to pursue his undergraduate studies at Tennessee State University where he earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s in architectural and civil engineering. Kenneth aspires to become a commercial and multifamily developer to help revitalize low-income neighborhoods.
