Kunal Patel

Kunal Patel is the proprietor of ViBE Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment and development company. Patel also serves as a real estate advisor for SVN Accel Commercial Real Estate and owns a vacation rental in Downtown Nashville.

 

Since 2022, Patel has closed over $30 million in commercial real estate sales, worked on multiple motel-to-apartment conversions across Davidson County, and collaborated with Marriott and Hilton branded hotels in Downtown Nashville and the East Bank.

 

Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Patel is a first-generation U.S. citizen who earned his Dual-major bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and international business from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Patel went on to obtain his master’s in project management from Trevecca Nazarene University and studied Construction Management at a post-baccalaureate program at Louisiana State University.
