Vandale Gentry is a realtor and mechanical engineer with a robust vision to enhance affordable housing across Middle Tennessee. Gentry, a Tennessee native, is a realtor with EXP Realty and the President and CEO of Gentry Investment Properties – a company he founded in 2017 focusing on sustainable and accessible housing options for low-to-moderate-income families.

Gentry advocates for homeownership and community empowerment as it pertains to minorities and proudly champions opportunities for more affordable housing.

In 2022, Gentry was recognized as the Black Businessman of the Year by the Franklin Justice

and Equity Coalition. Vandale graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Nashville with a degree in engineering, architecture and drafting.
